南国经济法

  本网站主要用于收集法官、律师等主体对40家一带一路沿线的国际机构的公信力评价数据，包括仲裁机构的运行效度、仲裁规则的效用等。该数据将用于“国际仲裁机构公信力排名”项目的研究，本项目由华南理工大学法治经济与法治社会研究中心进行，最后将由华南理工大学法治经济与法治社会研究中心联合杜伦大学发布国际仲裁机构公信力排名研究成果。本项目旨在通过考察与评价一带一路沿线国家国际仲裁机构的公信力建设状况，并形成具有科学性和可信度的排名数据，促进一带一路沿线国际仲裁机构公信力的建设与发展。

     This project is run by the Centre for Economics and Society with Rule of Law at South China University of Technology. The project outcome will be published jointly by South China University of Technology and Durham University. This project aims to facilitate the construction and development of credibility of international arbitration institutions in the countries along the “Belt and Road” routes by investigating and evaluating the construction of credibility of those institutions and publishing a scientific and credible ranking of those institutions. We sincerely invite exceptional judges, lawyers and experts around the world to provide invaluable opinions and evaluate the credibility of the selected 40 international arbitration institutions. The questionnaire and data collected are used only for the research of the project “Credibility Evaluation of International Arbitration Institutions”. The research results of the project will be jointly published by the Centre for Economics and Society with Rule of Law at South China University of Technology and Durham International Dispute Resolution Institute.
